What Cuppa does
Cuppa follows up calls you miss on your business number. It asks the caller what they need and sends you the details on WhatsApp. Cuppa does not answer calls for you and does not speak to your customers on the phone.
Your number
You keep your own number and your phone rings as normal. You confirm that you are entitled to use the number you connect and that you are happy for Cuppa to send follow-up messages to people who call it.
Price and cancelling
Cuppa costs £20 a month. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again after you do. We do not refund part-months.
Fair use
Cuppa is for genuine business use by one business. Do not use it to send marketing, to contact people who have not called you, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
What we can't promise
Cuppa depends on mobile networks and on WhatsApp, so we cannot guarantee that every message arrives or that the service is never interrupted. We are not liable for work you lose, and our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous three months.
Changes
If we change these terms or the price, we will tell you before it takes effect. If you are not happy with a change, you can cancel.
