Text change my card and we’ll send a secure Stripe link. The new card takes over from the next payment.

Cancel

Text cancel subscription in your Cuppa chat, or email support@haveacuppa.co.uk. Either way a real person picks it up and confirms it with you in the chat - there is no code to enter, and emailing is the quicker of the two. Cuppa keeps working until the end of the month you’ve paid for - you never lose days you’ve already paid for.

After your last day, remove the divert from your phone so missed calls go back to your voicemail: dial ##002#. If a divert is still on after cancellation we’ll warn you - a live divert with no Cuppa behind it means missed calls go nowhere.

Refunds

The promise is simple: cancel before your Cuppa is activated and your first payment is refunded in full - that covers technical reasons, or simply changing your mind before you’re live. After activation, cancel any time; you keep the month you’ve paid for.

Cancelled and want Cuppa back? Email support@haveacuppa.co.uk and we'll send you a fresh payment link. If your old number is still held, you keep it and your settings, and go straight to a quick test call.
